Marketing & Sales Coordinator – CCTV & Surveillance

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate freelance sales representatives.
Generate and follow up on B2B sales leads and opportunities.
Build relationships with companies, contractors, developers, and potential clients.
Monitor sales pipelines, quotations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the technical team for site visits and project requirements.
Work closely with the Social Media Content Creator to convert marketing activities into leads.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports.

Requirements:

Experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Experience managing or coordinating sales teams is an advantage.
B2B/project sales experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of CCTV/security systems is an advantage.
Ability to work with targets and deliver measurable results.

Compensation:

Basic Salary + Commission based on performance and sales results.

Key Qualities: Proactive, organized, persuasive, target-oriented, and accountable.
