We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources (HR) Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. Experience working in a technology company is highly preferred. The candidate must possess up-to-date knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
Conduct headhunting and talent acquisition activities for technical and non-technical positions.
Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Labor Law and company HR policies.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters and provide HR guidance to staff and management.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel data.
Support payroll administration and benefits management as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Prior experience working in a technology company is highly preferred.
Proven experience in headhunting, recruitment, and training coordination.
Strong and current knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools.
