Unreal Engine, AI & Software Development Trainee (2 Positions)

Lamberet, Addis Ababa (Near Haile Grand Hotel)

3-Month Intensive Training Program

Zagwe Studios is seeking two Computer Science graduates interested in Game Development, Artificial Intelligence, Simulation, and Software Engineering.

Selected trainees will receive hands-on training in:

• Unreal Engine 5

• Blueprints & C++

• Python Programming

• AI Behavior Trees & NPC Development

• Procedural Content Generation (PCG)

• Gameplay Systems Development

• Git Version Control

• APIs & Backend Fundamentals

• Software Development Best Practices

Trainees will contribute to the development of a digital recreation of Addis Ababa, future game projects, simulations, and AI-powered applications.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, AI, or related field

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Basic programming knowledge

* Personal laptop preferred

* Two recommendation letters from Computer Science professors

* GitHub profile or project portfolio is a plus

Compensation

Successful trainees may be offered full-time employment after training with a starting salary of 15,000–20,000 ETB/month based on performance.
