MILO Multi-Speciality Clinics is expanding its healthcare services and is looking for a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate Senior Nurse to join our growing team. We are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare through professionalism, teamwork, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with professional standards.
Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions accurately.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
Maintain infection prevention and patient safety standards.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and follow-up care.
Supervise and support junior nurses and nursing assistants when required.
Ensure proper documentation of patient records and nursing reports.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide excellent patient care.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate nursing interventions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid Professional License to practice in Ethiopia.
Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent clinical assessment and patient care skills.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Computer literacy and experience with electronic medical records are an advantage.
