Hotel manager & accountant for M.dire Hotel
Main Role:

To lead all daily operations of our 40-room hotel while serving as the primary financial officer. You will be responsible for the full accounting cycle, tax compliance, and operational growth, ensuring the property remains profitable and strictly Sharia-compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management & Accounting:

Handle all bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting. You will act as the sole accountant for the property.

Tax Compliance: Ensure the hotel is fully compliant with local tax laws, filing all necessary returns and managing tax documentation.
Operational Oversight: Manage the G+3 facility, housekeeping, and front desk to maintain high standards of service and maintenance.
Business Development: Oversee the conversion of the conference hall into a restaurant and maximize the revenue potential of the kitchen.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dual Expertise: A degree or certification in Accounting/Finance AND experience in Hospitality Management.
- Tax Proficiency: Proven knowledge of the local tax system and regulatory requirements.
- Experience: 2+ years in a dual role or as a very hands-on manager in a mid-sized hotel.
- Integrity: A high level of trustworthiness to manage finances and property values independently.
