We are looking for an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer to provide strong leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence across all marketing functions. This role demands a visionary marketer who can blend creativity, analytics, market insight, and team leadership to drive brand growth and business expansion.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities, and a proven track record of driving measurable results through innovative strategies and high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Growth Direction

Develop and oversee the company’s full marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Lead market analysis and insights to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Define long-term brand vision and marketing roadmap.
Advise the CEO and executive team on marketing performance, industry trends, and growth strategies.

2. Brand Management & Positioning

Strengthen and evolve the company brand in the market.
Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms and campaigns.
Lead PR initiatives, media engagements, and brand partnerships.

3. Marketing Campaign Leadership

Plan and execute large-scale, high-impact campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Lead product marketing strategies, go-to-market execution, and promotional activities.
Oversee creative direction, campaign architecture, messaging, and storytelling.
Ensure all campaigns are ROI-driven and performance-optimized.

4. Digital Marketing Excellence

Lead digital strategy: SEO, SEM, social media, ads, content, email, and growth marketing.
Improve online visibility, traffic, conversions, and customer retention.
Use analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns based on insights.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Create a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and excellence.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, IT, and Operations to ensure unified objectives.
Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners.

6. Performance Measurement & Reporting

Set marketing KPIs and monitor performance across all channels.
Present monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports to executive leadership.
Optimize budgets, resources, and campaign spending for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of marketing experience, with leadership responsibilities included.
Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing teams.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and customer acquisition.
Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic decision-making skills.
Ability to lead large projects and deliver under tight deadlines.

Preferred

Experience in EdTech, Technology, SaaS, or digital product environments.
Strong business acumen with experience working closely with executive teams.
Master’s degree is an added advantage.
