Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Architect / 3D Visualizer to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

\t•\tDevelop interior design concepts and detailed 3D models.

\t•\tPrepare high-quality interior and exterior 3D visualizations and renderings.

\t•\tCreate design presentations, layouts, and technical drawings.

\t•\tWork closely with clients and the design team to develop ideas and revisions.

\t•\tEnsure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet project requirements.

Required Skills

\t•\tStrong knowledge of SketchUp and Visual3D.

\t•\tExperience with D5 Render and/or Lumion.

\t•\tGood understanding of interior design, materials, lighting, and space planning.

\t•\tStrong creativity and attention to detail.

\t•\tAbility to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

\t•\tDegree Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.

\t•\tPrevious experience in interior design and 3D visualization.

\t•\tA portfolio of previous work is highly preferred.
