Key Responsibilities:

-Receive cash, credit card, and mobile payments from customers.

-Issue accurate receipts and invoices for all transactions.

-Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.

-Ensure all sales transactions are recorded correctly.

-Balance cash drawer and prepare daily cash reports.

-Reconcile sales with cash, card, and other payment collections.

-Maintain proper custody of cash and report any discrepancies immediately.

-Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment issues.

-Coordinate with service staff and management regarding orders and payments.

-Follow company policies and internal control procedures.

Requirements:

-Diploma in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred.

-Good communication and customer service skills.

-Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

-Honest, accurate, and detail-oriented.
