We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Product Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to potential and existing customers to promote and sell plastic products.
2. Conduct on-site market research, including visits to major local markets.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly targets.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
5. Report sales performance and market insights to management regularly.
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
2. A proactive attitude with a desire for personal and professional growth.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
5. Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet monthly sales goals.
6. Awareness of the importance of reporting and accountability in achieving sales objectives.
Compensation:
• Competitive base salary + commission based on sales performance.
