We are looking for passionate, energetic, and goal-driven Sales Executives to join our growing Sales & Marketing team.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, presenting software solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

§ Promote and sell software products.

§ Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, referrals, networking, social media, and field visits.

§ Conduct software demonstrations and product presentations.

§ Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

§ Follow up with prospective clients until the sales process is completed.

§ Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

Ø Previous experience in sales; software, technology, ERP, SaaS, or B2B sales is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

- Customer relationship management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.

Preferred Experience

· Experience selling ERP systems, websites, mobile applications, digital marketing services, or other IT solutions.

· Experience in corporate (B2B) sales.

· Knowledge of business processes in healthcare, education, manufacturing, retail, logistics, or hospitality is an advantage.
