We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Officer to join our sales team. If you are passionate about sales, customer service, and helping clients find their dream property, we would love to hear from you.

Position: Real Estate Sales Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Work location: Lebu
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months proven written experience in Real Estate Sales

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on sales leads.

Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.

Conduct property presentations and site visits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.

Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of proven experience in Real Estate Sales.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and customer service orientation.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Good computer and social media marketing skills are an advantage.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
