Everrise Trading PLC is a growing company engaged in construction, office interior fit-out, glass and aluminum works, and related trading services. We are looking for a motivated and technically competent

Office Engineer to support project planning, documentation, coordination, and execution.

The Office Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing technical documents, coordinating with site teams, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and assisting in project planning and cost control. The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering background

and at least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review shop drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.

• Coordinate with site engineers, architects, consultants, and suppliers.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Maintain project documentation and filing systems.

• Prepare material requests and monitor material usage.

• Support quantity take-off and cost estimation activities

• Track project variations and additiona work items

◦ Assist in preparing payment certificates and invoices

Ensure compliance with proiect specifications and standards. • Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes. • Support project close-out documentation. • Perform other engineering duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications T C

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Experience in building construction, office interior projects, or finishing works is an advantage.

◦ Knowledge of construction methods materials, and project documentation.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

◦ Good report writing and documentation skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Abilitv to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

◦ Strong teamwork and professional ethics
