We are looking for a well-organized and professional Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, provide administrative and secretarial support, and ensure effective coordination among management, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to management.
Coordinate internal and external communications, meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents, records, and files.
Coordinate office supplies, facilities, and administrative requirements.
Follow up on company documents, approvals, and administrative processes.
Assist in coordinating logistics, procurement, and other operational activities as required.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, government offices, and other stakeholders when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information professionally.
Support management and other departments with administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in office management, secretarial, or administrative coordination roles.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office management tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills.
Previous experience in an import/export, logistics, trading, or related company is an advantage.
