Duty Summary:

This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. Key responsibilities include managing paid advertising campaigns, generating qualified leads, improving campaign performance, monitoring digital analytics, and supporting the achievement of the company's sales and marketing objectives through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.

• Create and implement lead generation strategies.

• Manage marketing budgets effectively.

Paid Advertising

• Manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.

Lead Generation

• Generate qualified sales leads for the sales team.

• Optimize cost per lead (CPL) and improve conversion rates.

• Coordinate lead delivery with the CRM and sales teams.

Website & Landing Pages

• Optimize website performance and landing page conversions.

• Monitor user experience and ensure SEO best practices.

SEO & SEM

• Conduct keyword research and improve search engine rankings.

• Optimize website content and manage search advertising campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

• Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and the CRM dashboard.

• Prepare daily campaign reports, weekly marketing reports, and monthly ROI reports.

CRM & Marketing Automation

• Integrate campaigns with the CRM and segment customer databases.

• Create email and SMS marketing campaigns and build automated customer journeys.

Budget Management

• Monitor advertising spend, optimize return on ad spend (ROAS), and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).

Market Analysis

• Analyze competitors and research target audiences.

• Recommend new digital marketing opportunities.

• Number of qualified leads

• Cost Per Lead (CPL)

• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

• Website traffic

• Conversion rate
