Ahununu Trading PLC, a fast-growing logistics company, is looking for qualified and motivated candidates to join our team.

Junior Parcel Acceptance

Required Number: 4 (2 Male & 2 Female)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Receive and accept parcels from customers in accordance with company procedures.

· Check parcel information, customer details, and required documentation for accuracy and completeness.

· Weigh, measure, label, and record parcels accurately in the company system.

· Ensure parcels are properly packaged, identified, and prepared for dispatch.

· Issue receipts and provide customers with necessary information regarding parcel acceptance and delivery procedures.

· Enter and update parcel information accurately in the system or relevant records.

· Handle customer inquiries and provide professional and courteous assistance.

· Coordinate with relevant branch staff regarding accepted parcels and their movement.

· Maintain proper records of received parcels and report any discrepancies or issues to the immediate supervisor.

· Ensure the parcel acceptance area is clean, organized, and properly maintained.

· Follow company policies, procedures, and operational instructions.

· Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required Qualifications

· Grade 12th and above, with 0-1 year of relevant work experience.

· Good communication, Customer engagement and interpersonal skills.

· Good computer skills is mandatory.
