ProAddis Marketing plc is a full-service marketing agency specializing in performance marketing, branding, SEO, and creative strategy. We partner with leading B2B and B2C brands to drive measurable growth. We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive who deeply understands the machinery of modern marketing—not just the sales pitch. In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting C-level executives and diagnosing marketing gaps, to presenting data-driven, multi-channel solutions that close high-value, six-figure deals.

Work Address Bulgaria, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Selling: Translate our services (PPC, SEO, Content, Media Buying) into bespoke, ROI-focused business solutions tailored to each prospect's growth targets.
Pipeline Generation: Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and client referrals.
Executive Presentations: Lead high-stakes presentations and contract negotiations with CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and business founders.
CRM Management: Forecast accurately and manage all sales activities meticulously in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our creative, media, and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success.

Requirements

Agency Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience specifically within a Marketing Agency, PR Firm, Media Company, or Creative Studio.
Track Record: Proven history of meeting and exceeding quarterly revenue targets, with experience closing deals.
Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
On-Site Availability: Full-time presence at our Addis Ababa office to collaborate with the sales and delivery teams during daily standups and strategy sessions.
