Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, tech-fluent Sales & Marketing Officer to act as our core inbound sales engine and brand executor. This role requires an agile professional who smoothly operates between managing the daily sales pipeline and running our digital brand footprint. In this modern era, you will own our active social channels, write engaging copy, coordinate pipeline records, and present professional, live software demonstrations. This position demands a self-sufficient creator and communicator who takes immediate ownership of everyday collateral—ensuring our digital presence stays active and structured.

Core Responsibilities & Duties

· Social Media Management: Own and maintain the company’s daily social media channels publishing a consistent cadence of technical product insights, industry context, and brand updates

· Content Creation & Copywriting: Write, design, and assemble clean everyday visual and textual content. Use accessible modern tools to keep digital updates look professional and timely

· Software Demos & Technical Presentation: Prepare and deliver crisp, engaging live software product demonstrations to incoming clients, clearly walking through custom feature builds, on-premise systems, or SaaS functionality

· CRM & Pipeline Administration: Maintain clean data records within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, ensuring lead channels are followed up on, client timelines are respected, and pipeline stages are precisely managed

· Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Coordinate multi-channel inbound and outbound sales loops—utilizing professional email, direct messaging sequences, and phone follow-ups alongside targeted physical door-to-door or event-based outreach

· Campaign Execution & Coordination: Organize, schedule, and compile marketing campaign materials, ensuring that promotional strategies designed by the commercial growth team are smoothly executed on time across all channels

· Digital Market Tracking: Monitor local digital channels, competitor campaigns, and trending tech topics to keep our messaging aligned with immediate market movements

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field. Hands-on portfolio execution is prioritized over abstract academic credentials

· Experience: 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in Sales, Marketing, digital marketing, technical sales support, inbound software lead generation, or social media management

· Presentation Fluency: Highly articulate, presentable, and confident on camera or in front of live audiences. Must have a clear, engaging tone when presenting product walkthroughs or handling client objections.

· Digital Tool Autonomy: Hands-on familiarity with everyday modern content and a solid grasp of publishing workflows across social media ecosystems

· Sales Funnel Literacy: Practical understanding of modern customer acquisition, CRM platforms, and basic digital marketing analytical funnels

· Execution & Proactivity: An execution-first mindset. Must be comfortable handling multiple ongoing operational pieces simultaneously and taking the initiative to post updates or check in on leads without constant prompting
