Experience: 10+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced executive to serve as Admin & Finance Department Head. You will lead financial stewardship, budgeting, accounting operations, legal/HR frameworks, procurement, and facility administration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, statutory audits, and tax compliance.

Supervise administrative operations, HR policies, procurement units, warehousing, and general services.

l Provide strategic financial and operational advice to the CEO and executive board.

l Optimize operational costs, resource allocation, and internal control systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate finance and administrative management.

Proven track record in executive-level strategic planning, team management, and fiscal compliance.
