Main Responsibilities

Assist the Principal in school leadership.
Oversee daily school operations.
Supervise teachers and support staff.
Monitor teaching and learning quality.
Support curriculum implementation.
Promote student discipline and wellbeing.
Monitor student attendance and academic progress.
Coordinate school programs and activities.
Support teacher development and evaluation.
Communicate with parents and stakeholders.
Ensure school policies are effectively implemented.
Address student and staff concerns.
Maintain effective academic and administrative records.
Support school improvement and development plans.
Perform other duties assigned by the Principal.

Preferred Qualification: MA in Education or a related field.
