We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our stainless-steel manufacturing company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for turning customer requirements into accurate designs and drawings, guiding production, and ensuring the successful delivery of finished products.

Key Responsibilities

Create accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings and designs.
Use SolidWorks for product design and development.
Convert customer requirements into practical manufacturing designs.
Prepare fabrication and cutting drawings.
Guide the production team from drawing to finished product.
Check designs, materials, dimensions, and fabrication quality.
Coordinate production activities and ensure products meet required specifications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in production, product design, or metal fabrication.
Advanced AutoCAD 2D skills.
Good SolidWorks skills.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and fabrication drawings.
Practical knowledge of stainless-steel cutting, bending, welding, and fabrication.
Experience supervising or managing a production team.
Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
Relevant hands-on experience is essential.
