The Account Manager – Enterprise Segment is responsible for driving enterprise sales by developing and managing strategic relationships with government institutions, large corporations, financial institutions, and international organizations. The role focuses on promoting and selling enterprise IT solutions, including servers, storage solutions, networking equipment, workstations, and related technologies.

The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, support tender activities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions that maximize customer value and business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the enterprise segment.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with government, corporate, financial, and international clients.
Manage key enterprise accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial agreements.
Collaborate with the Tender Manager on identifying, preparing, and responding to enterprise tenders.
Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored enterprise IT solutions.
Promote enterprise products, including servers, storage solutions, networking equipment, switches, and workstations.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with technology vendors and partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Achieve sales targets while maintaining accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and maintain relevant product certifications.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development within the IT industry.
- Experience selling enterprise IT solutions, including servers, storage, networking equipment, and workstations.
- Experience working with enterprise, government, or private sector clients is highly preferred.
- Experience participating in tender processes is an advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT products and solutions.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and travel as required.
