Days: Monday to Sunday (7 days / week)
Working Hours: 03:00 PMM – 09:00 PM (Local Time: ከቀኑ 9:00 – ማታ 3:00)
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance (CGPA 3.2+ preferred, transcripts required).
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Amharic and English with a professional phone manner.
- Tech-Savvy: Quick learner, highly organized, and comfortable multitasking across modern chat support systems and phone lines.
- Location: Preferred proximity to Lideta / Mexico area for convenient daily commute.
Evaluation Process
- 1-Day Practical Test: Shortlisted candidates must participate in a 1-day practical self-test/evaluation to demonstrate communication skills, quick thinking, and adaptability in handling customer inquiries before a final hiring decision is
