We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Growth & Marketing Specialist whose primary responsibility is bringing qualified customers and increasing online sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies
Drive targeted traffic through paid and organic marketing channels
Create, manage, and optimize e-commerce stores, product listings, and online sales funnels
Plan and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
Increase sales, conversion rates, and customer retention
Identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels
Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve results
Build and execute email marketing, retargeting, and customer engagement campaigns
Generate measurable business growth through data-driven marketing efforts
Requirements
Proven experience growing e-commerce businesses and driving online sales
Experience managing and marketing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Etsy, or similar)
Strong digital marketing and customer acquisition experience
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing
Ability to track and improve key performance metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rate, and revenue growth
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and project management abilities
