Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an outstanding Customer Service Representative to join our team. The most important qualification for this role is excellent English communication skills—both spoken and written. You must be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers while providing a positive experience on every interaction.

Requirements:

Exceptional English communication skills are REQUIRED. You should speak fluently with clear pronunciation and have strong grammar and writing skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using a computer and learning new software.
Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in fast-paced situations.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
