Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and charismatic Content Creator & Brand Host to represent ZAINX across digital platforms. The successful candidate will be the public face of the company, presenting products and services, hosting promotional campaigns, interviewing customers, and creating engaging educational and marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Representation

Serve as the official face of ZAINX.
Host product launches and promotional videos.
Present software demonstrations and tutorials.
Explain technical products in a simple and engaging manner.
Conduct customer interviews and testimonials.
Host live streams, webinars, and company events.

Content Planning

Research social media trends.
Develop content ideas and scripts.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams.
Plan weekly and monthly content calendars.

Social Media

Create content for:

Facebook
Instagram
TikTok
YouTube
LinkedIn
Telegram

Marketing Content

Promote ZAINX products and services, including:

POS
ERP Solutions
AI Solutions
Cybersecurity
Mobile Applications
Custom Software Development
Cloud Services

Copywriting

Write captions.
Prepare video scripts.
Draft blog posts.
Create marketing messages.
Produce campaign content.

Requirements

Excellent spoken Amharic and English.
Confident and professional on camera.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Basic understanding of technology is an advantage.
1+ years of experience in hosting, presenting, journalism, broadcasting, or content creation.

KPIs

10–15 hosted videos per month.
8–12 product presentations.
4–6 educational videos.
Weekly live sessions or interviews.
Consistent growth in audience engagement.
