As a Waitress, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while delivering exceptional customer service

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor
• Provide detailed information about our tea offerings
• Brew and serve selection of teas accordingly , ensuring consistency
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, making recommendations based on individual preferences.
• Maintain proper sales records
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea house
• Engage with customers to create a memorable experience

Skills Required:

• Interactive Customer Handling
• Tea Brewing and Serving
• Proper Sales Record Management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of tea brewing techniques, willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
