What You’ll Do

• Edit real estate property videos and promotional content

• Create engaging Reels, TikToks & short-form videos

• Add captions, transitions, music, sound effects and visual elements

• Maintain a consistent professional style across my content

• Turn raw footage into engaging, social-media-ready videos

• Occasionally suggest creative ideas to improve content performance

Requirements

• Intermediate-level video editing skills

• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools

• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts

• Strong sense of timing, storytelling and visual quality

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Real estate/content-creation experience is a plus

Freelance / Part-Time

Mainly short-form real estate & personal-brand content

Compensation

Payment will be negotiable based on experience, quality and workload.
