Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
Provide basic administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Provide information to visitors and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or staff.
Support general office operations and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role is an added advantage.
Must be flexible and available to work shifts from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM local time (LT).
