About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will identify potential customers, promote the company’s products or services, build strong client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

The position is open to candidates with different levels of relevant experience. Responsibilities and compensation will be aligned with the selected candidate’s demonstrated skills, experience, and ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
Present and promote the company’s products or services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up on inquiries and sales opportunities
Negotiate and close sales
Meet assigned sales targets
Monitor market trends and customer needs
Prepare regular sales reports

Requirements:

Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Relevant experience or practical exposure in sales, marketing, business development, or customer service
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Confident, proactive, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer and reporting skills
