1. Ensure timely remittance and proper filing

2. Following up completion of employees personal files , Ensure relevant HR documents are secured both online and in hard copy according to NRC standards and SSD policy

3. Day to day follow up of HR and administrative tasks are implemented

4. Control attendance of employees and report for disciplinary action

Prepare payroll HR reports and monthly for Finance department
Handling Pitty cash for the purpose of Admin and office miscellaneous use
Controlling Office Assets and checking asset tags are labeled on office equipment’s
Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets
Plan, organize and Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
Overseeing the payroll function
Managing employee relations and engagement
Running the office and facilities management functions
Leading the HR and administration team
Plan and advise on the staff performance management and appraisal calendar and content
