Perfume Sales & TikTok Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Teru Perfume Lounge is looking for a talented, energetic, and confident female sales professional who is passionate about perfumes, sales, social media, and customer communication.

The ideal candidate will not only sell perfumes in-store and online, but also help us grow our brand through TikTok and other social media platforms.

Main Responsibilities

Sell perfumes to customers both in-store and online.
Communicate confidently and professionally with customers.
Respond quickly to customer inquiries and follow up with potential buyers.
Promote perfumes through TikTok videos, live sessions, and social media content.
Help create engaging perfume-related content and marketing ideas.
Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable perfumes.
Convert online inquiries into successful sales.
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Keep up with perfume trends, popular fragrances, and social media trends.
Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

Good customer-service skills.
Comfortable speaking on camera and creating TikTok content.
Strong interest in perfumes, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle products.

Goal-oriented and motivated to earn through performance.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, perfume, cosmetics, fashion, retail, or social media marketing is an advantage.
Previous TikTok content creation or live-selling experience is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of perfumes and fragrance notes is a plus.
