We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage the company's financial records, ensure accurate reporting, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank accounts.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage payroll and ensure timely salary payments.
Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow.
Assist with audits by preparing the required financial documents.
Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial data is accurate.
Identify financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Support management by providing financial analysis and reports for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar accounting role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
