Prime School of Aesthetics is setting the standard for aesthetic and dermal education in Ethiopia. We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager to elevate our brand, drive student enrollments, and establish our presence as the premier aesthetic institute in the region.

Key Responsibilities

· Brand & Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, social media, and local media platforms.

· Lead Generation: Build targeted campaigns to recruit students for our professional certificate and diploma programs.

· Partnerships & PR: Collaborate with top clinics, dermatologists, and industry influencers to expand our network and brand reach.

· Content & Analytics: Oversee creative promotional content, monitor campaign ROI, and optimize lead conversion.

What We’re Looking For:

· 3+ years of progressive marketing experience (background in aesthetics, wellness, education, or luxury lifestyle brands is a huge plus).

· Proven track record in digital marketing, social media growth, and lead acquisition.

· Strong aesthetic sense with excellent copywriting skills in English and Amharic.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
