Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Officer
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
iRack IT Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Officer to join our growing team.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
Good understanding of Ethiopian labor law and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with payroll, attendance, leave, and performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
Provide day-to-day HR administrative support.
