Job Title: Product Manager
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in plastic manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality control, and maintenance coordination.
-Experience in team leadership, employee supervision, and production performance management.
- Good understanding of molding machines and plastic materials
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets and deadlines.
-Strong leadership, discipline, accountability, and commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
- Good computer skills
