Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Our team is growing, and we're looking for Virtual Assistants who can think independently, solve problems, communicate clearly, and get things done without being micromanaged.

This is not a role for someone who waits to be told every step. We work with busy business owners across the United States and need people who are reliable, resourceful, and responsive.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing emails, calendars, and client communications
• Answering and making calls professionally
• Booking appointments and following up with leads
• Updating CRM systems and maintaining records
• Conducting research and handling administrative tasks
• Supporting projects and helping improve business processes
• Learning new systems and tools as needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong spoken and written English
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Reliable internet and a professional work environment
• Someone who takes ownership instead of making excuses

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With

• GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs
• Customer service, sales, or appointment setting
• AI tools and automation
• Working with U.S.-based clients
