Kebama trading plc is a growing sportswear manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality athletic apparel. We design and manufacture innovative, comfortable, and performance-driven sportswear for local and international markets.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand, increase sales, and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns

Manage online presence

Conduct market research and analyze competitors

Coordinate promotional events and product launches

Build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors

Prepare marketing reports and performance analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in marketing is preferable (experience in sportswear/fashion industry is an advantage)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good understanding of digital marketing and social media

Creative thinking and problem-solving ability

Location: Addis Ababa (Ayat)
