Loza Nutritional Therapy & Consultation is looking for a healthcare professional responsible and responsive to handle our Reception. By providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, handling communications, responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, supporting administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations, booking appointments, and providing basic information about services

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond professionally

• Great and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

• Provide basic information about services

• Schedule and manage appointments

• Record client details accurately

• Handle calls politely and patiently

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Requirements:

• Health professional

• Strong communication skills (clear and polite)

• Reliable and responsive during assigned hours

• Basic organizational skills

• Previous customer service or call handling experience is a plus
