Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls professionally.
Explain our technology products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide the right information.
Record customer details and follow up when necessary.
Coordinate with the technical and sales teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in Amharic and Afaan Oromo (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of technology and software services.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
