The Role

You will be Palm Jobs' first dedicated salesperson the person who signs up Addis Ababa's employers. You work directly with the founder and inherit tested scripts, a warm lead list and a live product. If you deliver, you build and lead the sales team that follows this seat has a straight path to Head of Sales.

What You'll Do

Own a weekly sales number phone, WhatsApp, and face-to face, with two field days a week across Addis.
Guide new employers from first call to first live vacancy fast, hands-on, and effortless for them.
Match the right Palm Jobs product to the right employer job boosts, job packs, CV database access, annual plans.
Keep your pipeline honestly tracked: every lead has a next step, and your numbers speak for you every Monday.
Collect testimonials from happy employers and bring product feedback home to the team.

Experience

2+ years of B2B or field sales
A background like: mobile-money or POS merchant acquisition, telecom SME sales, FMCG/distribution route sales, media or advertising sales, insurance, or HR/recruitment-services business development.
Fluent Amharic and working English — comfortable with an HR director and a restaurant owner in the same afternoon.
Enough tech fluency to demo a web app from your phone; WhatsApp and Telegram are where you live.

Pay & Growth

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission paid monthly on collected revenue. Transport + airtime allowance and a company phone/data package.
