Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information and assistance in Amharic,

- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys as required,

Requirements:

-Diploma in Secretarial and Related Field

-2 Years Experience and Above

-Fluent in Amharic,

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
