.Support daily accounting, expense tracking, payments, and recordkeeping.
Verify payment documents and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank balances.
Manage petty cash, vouchers, logs, reconciliation, and replenishment.
Track project expenses against approved budgets.
Prepare cost summaries and support monthly and quarterly reports.
Maintain records for payables, receivables, payroll, audits, and compliance.
Work with the Finance Manager and program teams on financial administration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Fluency in professional English.
