Duties and responsibilities

Recruitment: Assessment and Selection

· Identify current and prospective staffing requirements

· Responsible for sourcing competent candidates,

· Develop creative sourcing techniques to expand talent pool, ensuring all resourcing processes meet legal requirements

· Maintain adequate and competent shortlist , review candidate inventories, build techniques to build strong connection with potential candidates as per the company requirement.

· building preferred supplier lists.

· Researching and appropriate use of recruitment channels such as agencies, social media etc. considering the recruitment budget.

· Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates

· Work with the relevant hiring managers, immediate supervisors and HR partners to ensure a smooth, timely and cost-effective recruitment and selection process.

· Work with hiring managers to create suitable job descriptions and adverts.

· Work with training & development officer to conduct induction training by coordination with all relevant departments to provide the full inductions to the new staff.

· Maintain up to date knowledge on best practice recruitment and selection technique.

· Provide feedback to relevant parties at each stage of the recruitment process.

· Advise managers and employees on recruiting schedules, appropriate advertising, job descriptions and person specifications, job evaluation, staffing policies and procedures.

· Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures

· Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process

Experience & Education

.BA Degree in HR management Management or Related field

.2years and above experience
