Oz Kitchen is looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales & Business Development Officer to join our team.

Your main responsibility will be to help us grow by finding new customers and building partnerships with companies, offices, and other businesses.

What you’ll do:
• Find and contact potential business clients and partners
• Visit companies to introduce our products and services
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients
• Follow up with potential customers and turn leads into sales
• Identify new business opportunities
• Help grow Oz Kitchen through partnerships and sales

We’re looking for someone who:
• Is confident and comfortable talking to new people
• Has good communication and negotiation skills
• Is energetic, proactive, and willing to go out and find opportunities
• Can work independently and follow up consistently
• Has previous sales or business development experience (preferred but not required)
• Is motivated by achieving targets and earning performance-based bonuses

Location: Addis Ababa
Position: Full-time
Salary: Salary + performance-based incentives
