As the Sales Manager at Oli’s Shop, you will create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers while driving sales and building strong customer relationships. You will represent the brand with professionalism and warmth, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Manage daily sales activities and achieve sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries through in-store, phone, and online communication.
Maintain an organized and attractive display area.
Process sales transactions and keep accurate records.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Support marketing and promotional activities when needed.

Required Skills

Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Friendly, welcoming, and positive personality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer and social media skills are an advantage.
