We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical & Laboratory Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products, laboratory reagents, and medical devices to hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and pharmacies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers.
Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and provide technical information to customers.
Prepare sales reports and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical equipment, or laboratory diagnostics sales.
Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian medical and laboratory market.
Experience selling laboratory reagents, diagnostic equipment, or medical devices is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related health science field
