Performance Management

Training and Development

Support career growth and succession planning initiatives.

Monitor the effectiveness of training activities.

Compensation and Benefits

Administer salary structures, incentives, and benefits programs.

Ensure competitive compensation practices.

Coordinate payroll-related HR activities.

Policy Development and Compliance

Develop and update HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

HR Reporting and Administration

Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.

Manage attendance, leave, and employee data systems.

Support organizational planning and workforce management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–8 years of HR experience (depending on organization size).

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
