Bole Advertising is seeking a creative and strategic Branding Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of branding initiatives for the company and its clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand identity, increasing brand awareness, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, and supporting business growth through effective branding strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement branding strategies that align with company objectives.
Manage and maintain the brand identity and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Plan and execute branding campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and sales teams to develop brand-focused content and campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify branding opportunities.
Monitor brand performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
Oversee the creation of promotional materials, advertisements, and marketing content.
Ensure all branding activities reflect the company's values and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in branding, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Experience in the advertising or creative industry is an advantage.
Strong understanding of brand management and marketing principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
