Melostic Trading PLC is looking for energetic, confident and results-oriented Sales Representatives to support the growth of its baby products.

Main Responsibilities

Visit baby shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and other potential retailers.
Introduce and promote Baby products to new and existing customers.
Identify potential customers and expand the company’s distribution network.
Take customer orders and follow up on delivery and payment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and resellers.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Ensure products are properly displayed at customer locations.
Collect information about competitors, market prices and customer demand.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Provide customer feedback to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales or a related field.
Previous experience in sales is preferred.
Experience selling baby products, FMCG, pharmaceutical or retail products is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Confident, energetic and comfortable with field sales.
Strong ability to identify and approach new customers.
Basic computer and smartphone skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of Addis Ababa and its major commercial areas.
Professional appearance, honesty and a positive attitude.
