We Are Hiring: Receptionists (2 Positions)

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Industry: Coffee Export & Yoga Center

We are looking for 2 professional female Receptionists to join our growing team. If you are friendly, organized, well-presented, and enjoy working with people, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.

Schedule appointments and manage daily bookings.

Handle administrative and office support tasks.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Coordinate with other departments when needed.

Requirements

Female applicant.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and internet).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
